The folks at the Cosmopolitan are at it again with BUBBLES & BRUNCH – essentially a Champagne brunch – but of course, with an urbane twist – as only they can do. There’s no need to stand in line, oh no, that would be too plebeian. Roving servers stop at each table to serve small plates of a weekly rotating menu including slow cooked bistro steak with truffle potato puree and jumbo lump crab cake benedict with creole hollandaise.
Bubbles & Brunch, every Saturday and Sunday, 11 a.m.-6 p.m., Overlook Grill, Cosmopolitan Las Vegas. Available only through summer. Brunch ticket is $40 per person; bottle service is at the ready, with bottles staring at $95.
