Somerpointe Resorts and Tahiti Village is proud to welcome Steven Zappanti as the new Executive Chef of Tahiti Joe’s at the Tahiti Village resort. A San Diego native, Zappanti is a self-taught chef with more than 24 years of culinary experience.
“With its hip and exceptional Tahitian-influenced menu, Tahiti Joe’s continues to evolve into one of the Las Vegas Strip’s most unique and fun dining options,” said Todd Spector, President of Somerpointe Resorts. “We’re thrilled to add Executive Chef Steven Zappanti to the Tahiti Joe’s family and look forward to the continued evolution and expansion of this one-of-a-kind restaurant.”
Located on the Las Vegas Strip, Tahiti Joe’s will feature a fun and hip tapas menu with a Pacific Rim and Hawaiian fusion along with traditional fare of pizzas, burgers and chef specials. Tahiti Joe’s is open to the public Sunday – Thursday from 11 a.m. – 10 p.m. and Friday – Saturday from 11 a.m. – 11 p.m.
