The Danny Gans Memorial Champions Run for Life Hosted by Donny Osmond will be held Saturday, Oct. 20 at Discovery Park located at 2011 Paseo Verde Parkway in Henderson, Nev., to benefit the Nevada Childhood Cancer Foundation (NCCF).
Runners, walkers and community supporters are invited to compete in the 5K run, the fun run/walk and team race. In addition to the run, there will be fun for the entire family including food, drinks, raffle drawings, bounce houses and entertainment. Recognizing that people most often search online for charitable and volunteer opportunities, the foundation will leverage its Facebook, Twitter and YouTube social media sites to promote the event.
